Chapter 27 - THE PEOPLE WHO WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO MEETWithin weeks, the survivors began finding one another.
A private group was created.
They shared medical records.
Photographs.
Memories.
Many remembered the same things.
A blue light.
A woman singing.
A cold room.
A silver bracelet.
And a strange symbol.
A black circle divided by three lines.
Noah recognized it.
It was on the files recovered from the laboratory.
Catherine contacted the police.
The symbol belonged to a private organization.
A company that had no official connection to Vale Biomechanics.
But its board members were all connected to one person.
Vivian Cross.
The police believed Vivian had been working for them.
But Noah thought differently.
“She wasn't working for them.”
Catherine looked at him.
“What do you mean?”
Noah pointed to the symbol.
“She was working toward them.”
The organization had been waiting.
