Chapter 63 - THE JOURNEY TO SWITZERLANDNoah, Catherine, Ava, and the twins traveled to Switzerland.

Richard wanted to come.
Noah refused.
“This is about my mother.”
Richard nodded.
“I know.”
The facility was located in the mountains.
It was private.
Heavily guarded.
Officially, it was a rehabilitation center.
But the records showed no patients.
No staff.
No public funding.
Helena had one contact inside.
They entered during a snowstorm.
The facility was almost completely silent.
Then they found a hallway.
At the end was a locked room.
Noah placed his hand against the door.
He heard something.
A voice.
A familiar voice.
Someone was humming.
The melody was the lullaby his mother had sung to him.
Noah froze.
Ava looked at him.
“What is it?”
Noah whispered:
“That song.”
He stepped toward the door.
Then he said:
“Mom?”
The humming stopped.
For a moment, there was silence.
