The entire country watched the live reading of Jonathan Hale's will.
News channels expected one thing.

The room fell silent.
Jonathan's attorney stood before the cameras.
"There is one final message Mr. Hale wished to leave behind."
He pressed play.
The screen faded to black.
Then Jonathan Hale appeared.
He looked healthy.
Relaxed.
As though he knew exactly why he was recording this.
He smiled softly.
"If you're watching this..."
"I guess my time has finally come."
He paused.
"I've spent my whole life building companies."
"I've made more money than anyone could ever need."
"But in the end..."
"I realized none of it matters as much as a single human life."
He looked directly into the camera.
"If my heart saved your life..."
"...then I have one final favor to ask."
Across America, millions of viewers watched in silence.
Jonathan continued.
"I know we'll never meet."
"But if my heart is beating inside someone else..."
"I'd like to believe that a part of me is still alive."
He smiled again.
"Please."
"Give the recipient this box."
"It's something I've protected for many years."
"And maybe..."
"They'll understand why."
The video ended.
No explanation.
No clues.
Only one small wooden box waiting in the attorney's office.
Days later...
The attorney knocked on Sarah's front door.
He carefully placed the box into Ethan's hands.
"It was Mr. Hale's final request."
