Rafe's distraction gave Coulter the opening he needed. Crawling along the rocky ledge above the smoke, Coulter flanked Harrington’s gunners, taking out the man holding the dynamite match. Before the remaining guards could re-form their line, a horn echoed from the south end of the pass. Nora had arrived, leading the territorial marshals and ten Grady Ranch cowboys who had tracked the expedition from the valley.
