The man walked toward them.

The man smiled.
“You've made this difficult for everyone.”
Noah stepped in front of Lily.
The man looked down at him.
“Move.”
Noah didn't.
Then a police car turned onto the street.
The man immediately returned to his car.
Before leaving, he looked at Sarah.
“You can't hide forever.”
Sarah watched the car disappear.
Then she looked at Noah.
“You shouldn't have gotten involved.”
