Chapter 10 - The Light in the MeadowOne year later.

The summer sun shone golden and warm over the rolling green hills of the Bellamy Family Farm in Franklin, Tennessee.

Over two hundred people—local farming neighbors, trusted friends, and a humbled Victoria Bellamy, who had spent the year begging for her daughter-in-law’s forgiveness—gathered under a grand white floral pavilion in the meadow for a celebration of love and renewal.

The meadow was filled with blooming white sunflowers, live bluegrass music, and the joyful sound of children laughing.

Rowan stood at the altar beneath a rustic oak arch, wearing a tailored navy suit, his face beaming with radiant happiness, holding two-year-old Luke in his arms.

Walking down the grass aisle, holding two-year-old Henry by the hand, was Maren.

She wore an exquisite, custom sky-blue floral gown that flowed around her like sea foam, her long brown hair cascading in soft waves, looking like a queen who had claimed her true throne.

When Maren reached the altar, Rowan took her hand in his, kissing her knuckles with profound, eternal reverence.

The minister blessed their renewed marriage vows, and as Rowan pulled Maren into a deep, passionate, loving kiss under the golden afternoon sun, the entire crowd erupted into thunderous applause, cheers, and happy tears!

Two-year-old Henry and Luke ran around their parents’ feet, laughing and playing with a toy wooden truck on the lush green grass.

The twenty-dollar bill on the dirt road was gone forever. The cruel lies were destroyed in prison cells, the arrogant had fallen by their own wickedness, and out of the dust of Old Hillsboro Road, an unbroken legacy of love, truth, and grace was born to light their world forever.
