Chapter 14 - The ArrestPanic erupted among the saboteurs. They tried to run, but the escape routes were completely sealed. Within seconds, all five operatives were face-down on the concrete, in handcuffs.

Outside the fence, Julian froze in his SUV.

He threw the gearshift into reverse, slamming his foot on the gas, but an unmarked federal cruiser blocked his path from behind, crunching his bumper against a concrete pillar.

The driver's side door of Julian's SUV was wrenched open, and Marcus pulled him out onto the pavement, slamming him against the side of the vehicle.

Christian walked out of the fog, his hands casually tucked into the pockets of his dark wool coat, stopping inches away from his trembling younger brother.

"Looking for a late-night tour of the docks, Julian?" Christian asked smoothly.

"You set me up!" Julian shrieked, spitting blood and dirt as Marcus held him down. "You framed me!"

"I didn't frame anyone," Christian replied coldly. "You conspired with an international syndicate to commit felony corporate sabotage. The federal wiretaps recorded every word of your conversation with Viktor Vance."
