The trial of Marcus Vance, Beatrice Vance, and Brett Vance became the biggest legal scandal the state had seen in decades.
With Julian’s forensic digital evidence, cell phone audio logs recovered from Marcus’s hidden cloud servers, and testimonies from the private security staff Marcus had bribed, the defense crumbled completely. The court heard unedited recordings of Marcus and Beatrice plotting my confinement and planning my staged death to seize the hundred-million-dollar trust.

The court issued a permanent decree stripping Marcus of all legal, parental, and financial claims. Every asset, company share, and property belonging to Sterling Enterprises was formally and irrevocably returned to me and Leo.
