Chapter 7 - The Hidden TruthThe room fell into a terrifying, suffocating stillness.

Henry didn't shout. He didn't smash anything. A terrifying, icy calm settled over his face—the calm of a man who had finally found his purpose.

"The driver signed a full confession two hours ago in state police custody," Frank added. "The authorities are preparing arrest warrants for Benson and Diana Whitmore as we speak. "He thinks I'm a helpless invalid hiding in the dark," Henry rasped, his eyes burning with vengeance. "Tomorrow, I walk into that boardroom myself."

"Henry, you're not fully healed," Leah warned, her eyes filled with deep concern. "It could cripple you permanently if you force it!"
Henry turned his head, looking down at Leah, his expression softening just enough to show his profound gratitude. "I have you to hold me up, Leah. I won't fall."
