Chapter 7 - Unmasking the SnakesValentina took the stage with absolute authority, pushing Rodrigo aside without even giving him a second glance. Diego positioned himself at the base of the stage, his vigilant eyes scanning the room, ready to handle any disruption.

"Shareholders of Azteca," Valentina declared, tapping her tablet to sync with the massive auditorium screens. "Over the last forty-eight hours, an unauthorized audit was conducted by independent federal investigators."
The screens flashed with bank transfer records, encrypted emails, and security footage from the company’s server room.
"These documents prove that twenty million dollars were not embezzled by me, but were funneled into offshore accounts under the name of Rodrigo Vance and three members of this very board," Valentina revealed calmly. "Furthermore, communications show an agreement to sell our affordable insulin patent to a foreign hedge fund for personal kickbacks."
Gasps filled the auditorium. The three board members involved attempted to slip out the side exits, but uniformed police officers, alerted by Mateo hours earlier, stepped inside and blocked their path.
Rodrigo panicked, rushing toward Valentina. "This is a lie! She's fabricating this!"
Before Rodrigo could reach her, Diego stepped smoothly onto the stage, placing a massive, firm hand on Rodrigo's shoulder, stopping him dead in his tracks.

"Step back, sir," Diego said, his voice low, deep, and dangerous.
Rodrigo looked up at the intimidating security officer, trembling with fear, and immediately sank back into his chair as the police moved in to place him in handcuffs.
