Paternity testing confirmed Raymond was father of all three.
Margaret requested copies through counsel.
I denied personal access.
Raymond told her himself.
“They’re mine.”
Margaret asked when she could meet them.
He said, “When Clara decides.”
That was new.
Months earlier, Raymond would have negotiated.
Now he respected boundary.
I allowed Margaret to meet them when they were four months old.
Supervised.
She held Eleanor first and cried.
“I’m sorry,” she whispered.
“To her or me?”
Margaret looked at me.
“Both.”
